Pensato respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit pensato.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What this page covers. This policy is about our website only. It doesn’t cover the information customers process inside Pensato products and deployments, such as the Document Management System and Companions. That information is handled under each customer’s agreement with us. If you use a Pensato product through your employer or another organization, please contact them about how your information is handled.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill out a form, request a demo, sign up for updates, apply for a job, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, industry, and anything else you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic details about your visit, such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you view, and how you got to our site. We do this using cookies and similar tools.
Information from other places. We may get business contact details from partners, events, or public professional sources like LinkedIn. We may also see how our posts and videos perform on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
Please don’t send us sensitive or client information through the website. That includes health records, financial account numbers, ID numbers, or customer data. Our forms aren’t built for it. If we need to exchange sensitive material as part of an evaluation or project, we’ll set up a secure way to do it.
We don’t use personal information from website visitors to train AI models.
How we use it
We use your information to:

- Run, protect, and improve our website
- Send you updates and marketing emails (you can opt out anytime)
- Understand how people use our site and how our content performs

- A future owner, if Pensato is ever sold or merges with another company.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children
Our website is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, let us know and we’ll delete it.

Our site may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for how they handle your information, so check their privacy policies.
Changes to this page
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top.
